Sara Evans

Sarah Sarah Sara SaraThrough her entire life, Sara Evans only held but one dream: to sing and compose country songs. Evans was quoted as saying, "God has put me on the earth in order to be an artist." That's according to John Meroney from American Enterprise. "It is something I love doing more than any other thing which is why I'm bound to be successful." Evans sought to be successful by re-introducing the classic country music that was popularized by Patsy Cline. Hank Snow. Tammy Wynette. George Jones. Also Patty Loveless. These musicians Evans regarded as her biggest influencers. Evans' first success came in the 1990s when many new country singers began to turn towards pop songs. The debut album she released in 1997, True Lies, was an excellent example. The album was not greeted with critical appreciation as well as a nomination from the Academy of Country Music in 1998 for best new female vocalist, True Lies made little impact. Evans released her next album was in the year 1999. No Place That Far was the result of bowing before producers, who persuaded her to upgrade her collection. It was the moment she finally earned the recognition that she has had her heart set on since her childhood. Sara Evans, born on the 5th of February, 1971 in Columbia Missouri and is an American singer/songwriter. Sara Evans spent her childhood with her six siblings.
